Cantina Gloriet
Our wine, from vineyard to bottle
Beneath the agritur, since 2024, you'll find our winery. Here we turn only the grapes from our own vineyards into wine, taking care of every step ourselves, from pruning to bottling. We produce just a few thousand bottles a year and are members of FIVI, the Italian Federation of Independent Winemakers.
The winery is open to everyone, not only to our guests: you're welcome to visit us by appointment.
The vineyards
On the Casteller hill we grow four varieties: Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Merlot and Cabernet. We train our vines on the traditional Trentino pergola, the system best suited to our soil, and farm with care for the environment. Above the Cabernet vineyard stands the Gloriet, a 19th-century hexagonal roccolo (an old bird-hunting tower) that gives the winery its name.

Gloriet Riserva
Cabernet Sauvignon Trentino Riserva DOC
A frank, characterful red, aged in French oak barriques. Deep red in colour, with blueberry, cherry and blackberry woven together with alpine herbs. Full-bodied and generous. It takes its name from the tower overlooking its vineyard, whose hexagonal shape you'll find on the label.
Pairs with: cheese, cured meats, game
Serve at: 16–18 °C, in large glasses
Giuseppe Vazzoler
Gewürztraminer Trentino Superiore DOC
Dedicated to our grandfather Giuseppe, who loved this wine above all others. Straw yellow with golden highlights, with intense aromas of white rose, exotic fruit and a hint of vanilla. Silky on the palate and richly aromatic.
Pairs with: aperitifs, fish, special occasions

Coming of age: our Trento DOC
Our first Trento DOC traditional-method sparkling wine, made solely from Chardonnay grapes, is resting on its lees in our cellar. It will be worth the wait.
Tastings and experiences
In-room tasting
Two glasses of our wines, Gloriet Riserva (Cabernet Sauvignon) and Giuseppe Vazzoler (Gewürztraminer), with a board of local cured meats, cheeses, honey and bread, served directly in your room. Monday to Saturday, 3:00 to 6:30 pm.
Terrace tasting
Our wines with local cured meats and cheeses, on the agritur terrace or, on cooler days, in the indoor lounge: a convivial moment shared with other guests. July and August only, Monday to Saturday, 4:00 to 6:00 pm.
Tastings are by reservation: add them as an extra to your booking or ask at reception.
