Our family’s job and passion
The countryside is the soul of our holiday farm. We grow four different vine varieties: Chardonnay, aromatic Traminer, Merlot and Cabernet. Our viticulture is environmentally friendly and uses the traditional “pergola trentina” method, which is suitable and the best for our soil.
Only for our guests, we produce two wines: Cabernet and aromatic Traminer. We take care of the entire wine-making process: vines cultivation, harvest and wine processing.
A red wine
It is a Cabernet Sauvignon, intimate and honest.
The name is inspired by the ancient hexagonal building that dominates its vineyard, which was used in the 19th century as a noble hunting hut. On the bottle label you can see the reference to the geometric figure.
The colour is deep red and its lively fragrance reminds of woodland scents.
Its taste is like a walk through nature: blueberries, cherries and blackberries intertwine with alpine herbs. . It has a strong, full-bodied flavour flavour that goes perfectly with cheese, aged meats and game dishes.
This wine should be served in large glasses to release its full bouquet and balanced structure, at a temperature of 16/18 degrees.
A white wine
It is an aromatic, fragrant and highly appreciated Traminer.
Its name is a dedication to our grandfather Giuseppe, a lover of this wine and of fossils. This is why on the bottle label you will find stylised references to fossils and a praise to Traminer wine, written by himself about half a century ago.
The colour is straw yellow with golden highlights. It is a wine with an intense bouquet, that reminds of white roses, exotic fruits and some notes of vanilla.
Its taste is velvety, harmonious and strong, with very intense, aromatic notes.
Perfect as an aperitif, with fish dishes and on special occasions.
